Policy

• Standard arrival and departure time is 9am-17pm. Scheduled arrivals after midnight or before 09:00 an additional fee $30 may apply if an arriving flight is delayed past midnight. Normal checkout time is 11:00. An extra room fee is required for check-outs after 15:00 and regular one day fee is charged after 18:00 .

• Security Deposit: The Landlord require $500 cash as security deposit, it has to receive by the date of check-in or upon reservation.  The landlord agrees to return the deposit at the end of the tenancy term following a satisfactory inspection.  The tenants agree to allow landlord to keep the amount as payment for unpaid rent or damage. 
  Price charges is for the name of guest(s) provided upon check-in with ID, the owner reserves the right to charge for extra persons at $50 per person per night or to charge for additional cleaning fee except for the names list under the tenants name.
• All Olympic Rental deposit is non-refundable.  

• All cancellation is subject to a non-refundable booking fee $200, cancellation notice require 48 hrs prior the day and 1 night penalty fee may apply.

•  We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or Canadian funds.

• Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
  1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
  2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival or upon arrival.
  3.) Payments are payable by cash, e-Bank transfers, PayPal, Visa or Master Card.

• Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
  1.) A deposit of $1500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
  2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.
  3.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.

  • Registered guests must be show proof of picture ID.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with a 30 day cancellation notice. $200 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to the original booking reservation charge $200.

  •  Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no later than 8:00 PM.
